Leo I, 457-474. Tremissis (Gold, 14 mm, 1.43 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis, circa 462 or 466. D N LEO PERPET AVG Diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Leo I to right. Rev. VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM / CONOB Victory advancing right, her head turned to left, holding wreath in her right hand and cross set on globe in her left; in field to right, star. Depeyrot 93/3. RIC 611. Graffito and minor scratches and with light traces of mounting, otherwise, about extremely fine.
