ISLAMIC, Persia (Pre-Seljuq). Samanids. Nuh I ibn Nasr, AH 331-343 / AD 943-954. Fals (Bronze, 24 mm, 3.78 g, 12 h), Ferghana, AH 341 = AD 952/3. Album 1457. An unusually well preserved and sharply struck example. Minor scrape on the edge, otherwise, extremely fine.
