PHOENICIA. Tyre. Geta, 209-211. Tetradrachm (Billon, 26 mm, 13.78 g, 1 h), 209-211. ΑΥT KAI•ΓЄTAC CЄΒ Laureate, draped bust of Geta to right, seen from behind. Rev. •ΔHMAPX ЄΞ YΠATOC TO B• Eagle with spread wings standing facing on club, head to left and holding wreath in beak; between the eagle's legs, murex shell. Bellinger 301a. Prieur 1541 corr. (bust type). Very rare with this bust type. Light graffito on the obverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
