Trajan, 98-117. Dupondius (Orichalcum, 25 mm, 13.26 g, 5 h), Rome, circa 108-109/10. IMP CAES NERVAE TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS V P P Radiate head of Trajan to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI / S - C Annona standing front, head to left, holding grain ear in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left; at feet to left, modius with three grain ears; to right, stern of a ship. BMC 885. Cohen 472. RIC 494. Woytek 324bD. Attractive green patina. Minor spot of corrosion on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
