SICILY. Syracuse. Agathokles, 317-289 BC. Litra (Bronze, 23 mm, 9.70 g, 7 h), circa 304-289. ΣΩTEIPA Draped bust of Artemis Soteira to right, quiver over shoulder. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - AΓAΘOKΛEOΣ Winged thunderbolt. BAR Issue 20. CNS 138. A lovely example with a fine green patina. Minor cleaning marks, otherwise, good very fine.
