Aelia Pulcheria, Augusta, 414-453. Solidus (Gold, 22 mm, 4.49 g, 12 h), Constantinopolis. AEL PVLCH-ERIA AVG Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Aelia Pulcheria to right. Rev. VOT XX MVLT XXX Θ Victory standing front, head to left, holding long jewelled cross in her right hand. Depeyrot 75/3. RIC 227. A very attractive and well struck example. Light bang on the obverse, otherwise, virtually as struck.
