Half Sovereign 1838 Marsh 414 in an LCGS holder and graded LCGS 78, an extremely high grade example with original brilliance, highly lustrous and with exceptional eye appeal, the lightest friction to the highest points on the obverse prevent the elusive 80 grade. A rare date and hard to find in all grades, this borne out by the fact it is the only example and the finest thus far recorded by the LCGS Population Report.
