Description
Roman Empire - Cantabrian Wars. Augustus (27 BC - 14 A.D.) bronze dupondius (14,60 g., 30 mm.). Legionary series minted in Lucus Augusti, Lugo.
IMP AVG DIVI F. Augusto's head on the left, behind caduceus, in front of palm.
Frontal shield view, two spears on it, flanked by dagger and sword.
