Roman Empire - Tetricus I, usurper in Gaul, (271-274 A.D.)
Imitative barbarous bronze antoninianus, uncertain local mint in Gaul. (2.49 g. 18 mm.).

IMP TETRICVS P F AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Tetricus I to right. /

PAX AVG Pax standing right, holding an olive branch in her right hand and a long scepter in her left.

Imitative for RIC 101 C. 99 Kampmann 102.

Good very fine condition.
