Av. UMBERTO I RE D'ITALIA - MARGHERITA DI SAVOIA REGINA. Buste accolés à gauche du Roi, tête nue, et de la reine, laurée de chêne ; signature SPERANZA.
Rv. QUESTA E’ LA FEDE DELLA MIA CASA QUESTA SARA’ LA MIA FORZA. Devant le trône sur lequel est posé son casque, le Roi debout à gauche jure la constitution. En arrière-plan, dans les nimbes, Charles-Albert et Victor-Emmanuel II ainsi qu’une Victoire appuyée sur l’écu de Savoie avec une couronne de laurier. À l’exergue : XIX GENNAIO MDCCCLXXVIII et signature SPERANZA.

裏面 : 「QUESTA E’ LA FEDE DELLA MIA CASA QUESTA SARA’ LA MIA FORZA.」 王座に兜を置き、その前で立憲君主制を誓う国王の左向き立像 背景には雲から現れ出たカルロ=アルベルト、ヴィットリオ=エマヌエーレ２世、月桂冠を手に持ち、サヴォイア紋章盾にもたれる勝利の女神 下部に「XIX GENNAIO MDCCCLXXVIII (1878年1月19日)」と彫刻師の刻印「SPERANZA」

Obv. UMBERTO I RE D'ITALIA - MARGHERITA DI SAVOIA REGINA. Bust attached facing left, the King with bare head, and the Queen laureate with an oak branch ; below signature SPERANZA.
Rev. QUESTA E’ LA FEDE DELLA MIA CASA QUESTA SARA’ LA MIA FORZA. In front of the throne where his helmet is placed, the King is standing, facing left, swearing on the constitution. In the background, in the nimbus, Carlo Alberto di Savoia and Vittorio Emanuele II as well as a Victory resting on the shield of Savoy and wearing a laurel wreath. Below : XIX GENNAIO MDCCCLXXVIII and signature SPERANZA.
