Parthia, Phraates IV, 38-2 Tetradrachm Seleucia on Tigris 27 BC, April, billon 29.5mm., 15.01g. Diademed and draped bust l. Rev. Phraates seated left, holding eagle and scepter; year below throne, month in exergue. Sellwood 55.4 (Tiridates); Callataÿ, Tétradrachmes 80. Shore 309 (Tiridates).
