Arabia: Himyarite Kingdom AR drachm (1.67gm, 18mm) ca. 1st Cent. BC – Imitating Athens 'New Style' coinage and Roman Republic issues of L. Piso Frugi – Apollo/Owl on amphora. Obv: Laureate head of Apollo right, X below, wreath border. Rev: Owl standing facing on overturned amphora; monograms in fields. Very Fine.
