Jahangir: Gold Heavy Mohur, Nurjahani, 13.25g, 20% over weight hence known as 'Sawai' Mohur, Agra Mint, AH 1018/4, Khusru -e- Giti Panah couplet, Obverse: Shah Nur-ud-Din Jahangir ibn Akbar Badshah (sanah) 4, Reverse: Sikka zad dar Shahr Agra Khusru giti Panah 1017, that is "Struck coin in the city of Agra, the Khusru, the refuge of the world", profusely decorated with floral attributes across the flan on both sides (KM 185.1). Scratch on obverse, (13.24gm, 28mm) Very Fine+, Rare type. 20th century imitation.
