KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great' (336-323 BC). Drachm. (18mm, 3.8 g) Magnesia ad Maeandrum. Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin. Rev: AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ. Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Controls: Monogram in left field.
