KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great'. 336-323 BC. AR Drachm (15mm, 4.1 g). Magnesia ad Maeandrum mint. Struck under Menander, circa 325-323 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; boukranion in left field, spearhead to outer right.
