KINGS OF SOPHENE. Arsames I, circa 255-225 BC. Dichalkon (Bronze, 16 mm, 2.98 g, 11 h), second series. Diademed and draped bust of Arsames to right, wearing cylindrical tiara. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΡΣΑΜΟΥ Piloi of the Dioskouroi surmounted by stars. ACV 9. Alram 173. CSC 8. Kovacs 6. Some uncleaned deposits, otherwise, very fine.
