SELEUKID KINGS OF SYRIA. Seleukos II Kallinikos, 246-226 BC. (Bronze, 17 mm, 4.76 g, 12 h), uncertain mint in Asia Minor. Head of Poseidon to right, crowned with kelp; behind neck, trident. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΣEΛΕΥΚΟΥ Nike driving fast quadriga to left. HGC 9, 353. SC 738. Extremely rare. Attractive brown toning. Good fine.
