Tetradrachm (Silver, 26.5 mm, 13.36 g, 12 h), struck c. 209-211. •ΑΥΤ•ΚΑΙ• •CΕΟΥΗΡΟC• •CΕ• Laureate and draped bust of Septimius Severus to right. Rev. ΔΗΜΑΡΧ• ΕΞ• ΥΠΑΤΟC •TO•Γ• Eagle standing facing with spread wings, his head turned to left with a wreath in his beak; between legs, eight-rayed star. Prieur 1163. SNG Copenhagen 360. Lightly toned and well centered with an elegant portrait. Rare. About extremely fine.
