CILICIA. Diocaesarea. Time of Antonius Pius, 138-161. (Bronze, 20 mm, 7.77 g, 11 h). ΔΙΟΚΑΙCΑΡEΩΝ Turreted, veiled, and draped bust of the Tyche of Diocaesarea to right. Rev. Eagle, with wings spread, standing to left on thunderbolt. RPC -. Unpublished in the standard references but see, Künker 333, 544 = Hauck & Aufhäuser 20, 168. Well-centered, and with a fine dark green-black patina. The second known example. Very fine.
