Description
KINGS OF MACEDON. Time of Philip V and Perseus, 187-168 BC. (Bronze, 20 mm, 7.38 g, 3 h), Amphipolis. Wreathed head of the youthful river-god Strymon to right. Rev. MAKE-ΔΟΝΩΝ Ornate trident head; below, two monograms. AMNG 58. Brown patina. Some uncleaned deposits on the reverse , otherwise, good very fine.
