CAMPANIA. Capua. 216-211 BC. Semuncia (Bronze, 17 mm, 3.28 g, 7 h). Diademed and veiled head of Juno to right. Rev. kappa (in Oscan) Grain ear; in the field to right, triple knot (often termed "a tripod-like object"). HN III 500. Sambon 1040. SNG ANS 219. SNG Morcom 91. A lovely piece with a splendid, emerald green patina. Extremely fine.
