IMP MAXIMIANVS AVG Radiate bust of Maximianus left in consular robes, holding globe in his right hand. / SALVS AVGG Salus standing right, feeding snake held in arms; in exergue C. RIC 422. Scarce and attractive bust type. Dark toning with some remains of silvering. Struck from a worn reverse die. Almost extremely fine.
