In the middle of the red star there is a golden image of a hammer and sickle on a ruby-red round plate; bordered by a white enamel belt; with the inscription “PATRIOTIC WAR” and with a gold star in the lower part of the belt. The red star and white belt have gold rims. Against the background of the rays of the golden star; the ends of a rifle and checkers are shown crossed behind a red star.
