A linear cross with a small quatrefoil in the center surrounded by an inner circle, dividing the field into eight segments, containing the sultan's title, names, the caliph al-Musta'sim and mint and date, rev. the basmala in a buqja within a circle containing the shahâda, risâla and the four imams in outer marginal legend.
