Byzantine Pb Seal (23mm, 19,21g) of Eleutherios imperial spatharios and tourmarches (AD 8th century).
Obv: Cruciform invocative monogram. In the quarters: τῷ σῷ δούλῳ.
Rev: Inscription of four lines: [Ἐλευ]θερίῳ β(ασιλικῷ) [σ]παθ(αρίῳ) (καὶ) τουρμάρχ(ῃ). Wreath border.
Translation: Lord/Theotokos, help your servant Eleutherios imperial spatharios and tourmarches.
