Description
Roman lead seal (Lead, 4.42g, 18mm)
Anonymous seal with Saint Euthymios and an eagle (5th century).
Obv: bust of a bearded figure facing right, with a raised hand. Traces of an inscription on the right, perhaps: Ευθ
(= Εὐθυμίῳ, or Εὐθήμιος - Euthymios)
Rev: Eagle facing straight with raised wings.
