Obv: Crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb; crown above Rev: ДЕ/НГА, ornamental bar, and date in four lines; all within ornate frame supported by laurels and palm fronds; above, large rosette. Edge: cross hatched
