KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great' (336-323 BC). Drachm. Magnesia ad Maeandrum.
Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev: ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ.
Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Controls: In left field, bee left; to outer right, spearhead upward.
Price 1937.
Condition: Very fine.
