Zamasp crowned bust turning right, figure of Ahuramazda handing the Xvarrah to him, reverse; fire altar with attendants in paryer mode, mint abbreviation of "AS" (Aspanvar, Asuristan or Aspahan) to the right, year three written in mirror image of typical convention to the left, Extremely rare with date written in reverse. SNS type Ib/1a; Göbl type I/1; Mochiri 741; Paruck -; Saeedi 263; Sunrise 963var. Lovely strike on a nice broad flan. Choice EF. Toned. Rare. Nice example for the issue.
