KINGS of ELYMIAS. Phraates. Early-mid 2nd Century AD. Æ Tetradrachm (14.88 gm; 28 mm). Diademed bust left, wearing tiara; to right, star-in-crescent above inverted anchor with one crossbar / Crescents in semi-regular pattern. Cf. Van't Haaff Type 14.7.2-3b; Alram –. Well struck on a nice flan. Choice EF. Original patina. Rare.
