SASANIAN Empire, Shapur II, AD 309-379. AR drachm (3.70g/ 21mm). Bust of Shapur II right, wearing mural crown with korymbos / Fire altar with attendants and ribbon; bust of Ahura Mazda right, rising from altar. SNS Ib1/3a; Göbl Ia/6a. Very fine. Original patina.
