Turreted head of Alexandria to right, ALEXANDREA below / Lepidus standing to left, crowning Ptolemy V, standing facing, holding sceptre; S•C high in central field, PONF•MAX•[TV]TOR•REG around, M•LEPIDVS in exergue. Crawford 419/2; BMCRR Rome 3648; RSC Aemilia 23. 4.00g, 19mm, 6h.

Near Mint State; a wonderful portrait. Rare.
