PALMYRENE. Palmyra. Pseudo-autonomous issue, circa 2nd-3rd centuries AD. Ae (bronze, 1.68 g, 14 mm). Female figure (Tyche?) seated to left; uncertain object (or figure) to right and below; star to left, crescent to right. Rev. Nike advancing to left, setting wreath on baetyl. Unpublished? Cf. Krzyzanowska Typ IIIb var. (female figure). Very fine. Extremely rare.
