Description
PALMYRENE. Palmyra (?). Pseudo-autonomous issue, circa 2nd-3rd c. AD. Ae (bronze, 0.81 g, 11 mm). Bust to right. Rev. Winged caduceus between two crossed cornucopiae. Cf. Sol Auction VI, Lot 138. Thick deposits, otherwise good fine. Very rare.
