INDO-SKYTHIANS. Maues, circa 125-85 BC. Ae (bronze, 11.16 g, 30 mm), Taxila. Head of an elephant to right, wearing bell around neck. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ MAYOY Caduceus of entwined serpents; to left, monogram. HGC 12, 531. Somewhat rough, otherwise nearly very fine.
