Description
SYRIA, Coele-Syria. Damascus. Augustus. 27 BC – 14 AD. Ae (bronze, 5.82 g, 20 mm). Bare head right. Rev. Tyche seated left on rock, extending arm and holding cornucopia; river-god Chrysoroas at feet; L ΓΠ/Σ (date, retrograde) to left; all within wreath. RPC I 4786; Rosenberger 8. Repatianted, good fine.
