Description
MESOPOTAMIA. Carrhae. Septimius Severus, 193-211. Ae (bronze, 11.21 g, 25 mm). Laureate head right. Rev. Tetrastyle temple with crescent in pediment; in central intercolumnation, conical baetyl on base surmounted by a crescent; in wings, two signa, each in a distyle shrine surmounted by a crescent. Cf. BMC 4. Fine. Rare.
