LACONIA. Las. Septimius Severus, 193-211. Assarion (bronze, 4.30 g, 20 mm). Laureate head right. Rev. ΛΑ-ΩN Herakles standing left, resting his right hand on his club and holding his lion skin with his left. NCP p. 64, 1. SNG Copenhagen 621; BCD Peloponnesos 988. Very fine. Very rare.
