D: G. REX. rev. Britannia seated left on rock with trident and shield, holding olive branch, ship sailing right to left, SOHO raised on rock below, date incuse on rim below, BRITANNIA. (Peck 1132; S.3777). A high-grade example with a rich dark tone, traces of lustre within the legends and rim, some of the usual die breaks on reverse. Graded by NGC as MS63 Brown.
