Thrace, Perinthos, silver Tetradrachm, c.230-225 BC, struck in the name and type of Lysimachos, diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon, rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena Nikephoros seated left, arm resting on shield, transverse spear behind, joined foreparts of two horses to inner left, 16.09g (Müller 130; HGC 3, 1750q). Extremely fine, with striking portrait and attractive tone.
