CHINA. Chihli (Pei Yang). 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), Year 26 (1900). PCGS AU-58 Gold Shield.
L&M-459; K-201; KM-Y-73; WS-0629. VERY SCARCE and sought after issue struck the year in which the Pei Yang Arsenal Mint was destroyed during the Boxer Rebellion in 1900. Largely untoned and decently struck, offering abundant luster remaining on its wholly original surfaces.
