243.0 grains. Abundant golden color persists around design elements, faded on both sides into pleasing golden olive. Glossy and mostly smooth, but for an area of pitting in the lower right obverse. Well struck and handsomely detailed, a noteworthy example of the largest base metal coin struck for circulation in the American colonies.
