CHINA. Silver Spade Shaped Charm, ND (ca. 20th Century). EXTREMELY FINE.

Weight: 13.31 gms. This interesting little charm was very clearly made in imitation of Warring States period flat handle spades. Both sides bare the same markings, similar to those found on legitimate spades, but were stamped into the surfaces rather than being part of the casting process. A neat item that's certain to add depth to the next collection it enters.
