Barber Quarter

1902-S Barber Quarter. MS-64 (NGC). CAC.

This exceptionally vivid example offers slightly mottled steel-blue and deep rose patina. The toning has an iridescent quality that nicely displays the full satin to softly frosted luster. Sharply struck in most areas with a pleasing, smooth appearance. From a relatively limited mintage of 1,524,612 pieces, the vast majority of which are well worn.
