52.7 mm. Brilliant and boldly prooflike with strong contrast between the fields and frosted devices. A few mild abrasions in the reverse fields and a couple of darker spots on the highest points of relief. Beautifully preserved due to the long-term storage in its original box of issue, bearing the label of V. Christensen. The lid is intact but fragile, while the base is missing its inner ring to hold the medal. Rarely seen with an original box.
