You can easily count on one hand the number of Bristol Board proofs that exist of this type. They were printed directly on soft, thick cardstock, as opposed to many Obsolete proofs that are first printed on India paper before being mounted to cardstock. Printed under very heavy pressure in order to be able to print through embossing to the back. This exceptional piece first realized over $3,000 in a 2007 sale.
