Fr-481; KM-675.1; Gad-1082. Issued during the first reign of Napoleon, this example has a nice uncirculated sheen and shimmer, with a light signs of handling evidenced by the grade. Still, a lovely and SCARCE type when in Mint State, this piece is elusive when in high grade.
