Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left; all within incuse square. For an imitation piece, this example is exceptionally well struck and attractive. Based on the popular "Athenian Owl," this piece stands out as a beautiful work of mimicry.
