KM-377.8; DP-Go50. Lustrous and nearly Gem, this 8 Reales is untoned and shows strong cartwheeling of the luster on both obverse and reverse. Fully struck, this example has visible needles on the cactus and pronounced feathers on the eagles breast. Die cracks are numerous around the cap and rays motif and add to the overall appeal.
