Honoring the Regional Monetary Council. A nicely matched gathering of modern commemoratives, each offering a pleasing appearance. The 1991 and 2013 issues are nearly blast white with a hint of tone near the edges, while the 1995 issue is free of any tone, haze or fog. Each exhibits finely engraved designs with hard mirrored fields and frosted cameo devices.
